Stephen Miller MBE

Stephen Miller MBE is a three-time Paralympic gold medallist and the patron of Cedars Academy.

Stephen was born with cerebral palsy. He has represented Great Britain in field athletics for many years, mainly in the club throw, and has competed at five Paralympic Games. He is a Managing Director of SMILE Through Sport, a community interest company that inspires, educates and promotes enjoyment of disability sport.

The Stephen Miller Centre at our Low Fell site is named after him, and he opened it.
